Return and Refund Policy

At Eye Care Optical Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality eyewear and services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refund Policy

1.1. Once a purchase is made, the payment is non-refundable.
1.2. Refunds are not provided for any reason, except as required by law.

2. Replacement Policy

2.1. We offer replacements if the product you receive is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit.
2.2. To request a replacement, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
2.3. Products eligible for replacement must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Include all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  2.4. Replacement requests must include proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue (e.g., photos of the defective product).

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Before Delivery:
Orders can be canceled before dispatch with no additional fees.
3.2. After Delivery:
If an order is canceled after delivery, the customer will bear the return shipping costs. The product must meet the replacement eligibility criteria.

4. Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement

4.1. Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
4.2. Prescription eyewear with incorrect prescriptions provided by the customer.
4.3. Products not reported for replacement within the specified time frame.

5. Shipping Costs

5.1. If a replacement is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), Eye Care Optical Pvt. Ltd. will cover the shipping costs.
5.2. For cancellations or customer-initiated returns after delivery, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

6. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement:

Note: Eye Care Optical Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a replacement if the product does not meet the stated conditions.
